Refund policy

We want you to be happy with Rackd, whether you subscribe or buy a lifetime licence. If it's not the right fit, we'll make it right — no interrogation, no fine print.

The 30-day promise

Email support@rackd.io within 30 days of buying a lifetime licence, or of your first subscription payment, and we'll refund you in full. Include the email address you bought with, or your licence key, so we can find the order.

Subscriptions

• Cancel anytime from Settings → License → Manage subscription in Rackd, or from the link in your receipt email.
• When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• Renewal payments aren't refunded automatically, but if a renewal caught you by surprise, email us within 14 days and we'll sort it out.

What happens next

• We process refunds within a few business days.
• The money returns to your original payment method.
• Your licence key is deactivated once the refund is issued.
• Your server files stay on your PC — Rackd just stops managing them once the key is removed.
